When you want delicious authentic Italian-American food, a warm

gently breaded eggplant before it's fried and topped with parmesan sauce
and marinara sauce, all served on a bed of spaghetti. If seafood is
what your appetite is calling for, then the Capellini di Mare may be
just the things you need. Clams, shrimp, and mussels sauted in garlic,
white wine, and a zesty marinara sauce. It's also topped with fresh
basil and served over capellini.
For something simple and
traditional, the Olive Garden has a variety of pizzas, including some
that you can create yourself from bell peppers, pepperoni, onions,
Italian sausage, mushrooms, black olives, and roma tomatoes. The Chicken
Alfredo Pizza comes topped with Italian cheese, grilled chicken,
scallions, Italian sauce and is served with either unlimited homemade
soup or garden-fresh salad.
If you still have room, why not have
dessert! The new Warm Apple Crostata comes with rich vanilla cream,
sliced apples, and caramelized almond biscotti crumble baked on top of a
shortbread cookie crust. This delicious warm dish is served with
vanilla ice cream. Chocolate fiends will enjoy the Triple Chocolate
Strata. This is a traditional Italian chocolate torta piled high with
creamy mousse and crowned with rich dark chocolate ganache.
The
Olive Garden also has a selection of Italian coffees, specialty drinks,
and wine as well as an assortment of non-alcoholic beverages including
Strawberry-Mango Limonata, Bella Limonata, Bellini Peach-Raspberry iced
tea, and fruit juices.
